PRAGUE LIONS TEAM

The Prague Lions team have been competing in the Global Champions League since the 2018 season. During its participation in this competition, the team has collected many successes and victories. The 2022 season was the most successful for the team so far. The team placed 3rd in the overall standings of the year and took a beautiful 6th place in the GCL Super Cup finals at the Prague Playoffs. The successful Prague PlayOffs 2022 was followed up by the Prague Lions team in the 2023 season and the team finished 4th in the GCL Super Cup. The team does not lack ambition and all its members hope and do their best to make the results even better in the current season and to get the team in the best possible position in the season and in the GCL Super Cup.

Pieter Devos

BEL

Pieter has been participating in GCL team competitions since the 2017 season. Since 2022, Pieter has defended the colours of the Prague Lions, where he had an incredible season in 2022, joining his compatriot Niels Bruynseels, Prague native Anna Kellnerová, Johnny Pals, Fernando Martinez Sommer and Thibeaut Spits (U25).

Anna Kellnerová

CZE

A stable member of the Prague Lions team since the 2018 season, also the team manager since 2021. Anna was part of the incredible 2022 season and led the Prague Lions team, along with Pieter Devos and Niels Bruynseels, to the GCL Super Cup final at the Prague PlayOffs for the first time.

Niels Bruynseels

BEL

Niels has been participating in GCL team competitions since the 2017 season and joined the Prague Lions in 2018 after one season with the Vienna Eagles. As a key member of the team, he played a huge role in the success of the 2022 season.

Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli

SWE

Angelica Augustsson Zanotelli joins the Prague Lions as they hunt for points going into the second half of the season. Angelica’s experience and talent is sure to be an asset for the team as they take on the impressive line up of teams this season.

Fernando Martinez Sommer

MEX

After his debut year with the Rome Gladiators, Fernando returns for his second season in the GCL and transfers to the Prague Lions.

Thibeau Spits

BEL

The young rider will wear the Prague Lions jersey in his debut season. Despite his young age, he is achieving quality results and is a great promise for the Prague Lions team.
